01 How do I book a session or project?
Use the contact form, call, or email us with your project details, date, and location. We'll follow up with availability and a tailored quote, usually within one business day.
02 Do you require a deposit to reserve a date?
Yes, most bookings require a deposit to secure your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your shoot, depending on the project.
03 How and when will I receive my final photos or video?
Final galleries and edits are delivered digitally through an online gallery or download link. Typical turnaround is 48 hours to two weeks depending on project size; physical prints or media (like a USB drive) can be shipped or picked up in-studio on request.
04 Do you ship physical prints or drives?
Yes. Physical deliverables can be shipped nationwide or picked up at our Flint, MI or Colorado Springs, CO studio. Shipping costs and timing are confirmed when your order is finalized.
05 What's your reshoot and refund policy?
If a shoot is affected by equipment failure or a scheduling issue on our end, we'll offer a complimentary reshoot or partial refund. Because our time and editing work are reserved specifically for your project, deposits are generally non-refundable once a date is confirmed — details are outlined in your project agreement.
06 Do you offer any discounts or promo codes?
We periodically run seasonal promotions and offer a returning-client discount. Ask us when you reach out — if a current promo code applies to your project, we'll let you know.
07 Can you travel outside Michigan and Colorado?
Yes, we take on travel and destination projects. Travel fees are calculated based on distance and included in your quote.
08 Who owns the rights to the final images and footage?
Clients receive a license to use their delivered media for personal or commercial use as outlined in their agreement. Sky Jb Productions retains copyright and may use select work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
