The terms that apply when you use skyjbproductions.com or book a project with Sky Jb Productions.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the skyjbproductions.com website and your relationship with Sky Jb Productions LLC ("Sky Jb Productions," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking a project with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About our booking process

This website is a portfolio and informational resource. We do not process bookings or payments through an online checkout. All projects are booked by contacting us directly — by phone, email, contact form, or in person at one of our studios — and are confirmed by a member of our team along with a signed project agreement and deposit where applicable.

2. Quotes and pricing

Pricing shown or discussed on this website is for general reference only. Final pricing is confirmed in writing once your project scope, date, and location are established.

3. Deposits and payment

Most bookings require a deposit to reserve your date. Deposits are generally non-refundable once a date is confirmed, as that time is reserved specifically for your project. Remaining balances are due as outlined in your project agreement. We accept payment by major debit and credit cards, invoice, or in person at either studio.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand plans change. Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on availability. Cancellations made close to your scheduled date may not be eligible for a deposit refund, as outlined in your signed project agreement.

5. Delivery and shipping

Delivery timelines for digital galleries and edits, as well as shipping of any physical prints or media, are confirmed when your project is booked. Please see our FAQ page for general delivery expectations.

6. Image and footage usage rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sky Jb Productions LLC retains copyright of all photography and video we produce, and may use select work for our portfolio, website, and marketing. Clients receive a usage license for their delivered media as described in their project agreement.

7. Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to it. All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Sky Jb Productions LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Jb Productions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as severe weather or equipment failure) that affect a scheduled shoot.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
